Dear Valued customer:

We have to make a very hard decision because of the new COVID-19  Requirements by industry Authorised workers” rules from 30 August 2021. (Click to check the link from NSW service website)

We know all of our customers need their repair parts ASAP, but unfortunately, our staff has to get at least 1 dose of a COVID-19  vaccine to continue working at the warehouse. Our warehouse will be operated under very heavy pressure for processing the orders on time for delivery, we do apologize for any incontinence caused at the very special restriction time.

 

We encourage our customers to prepare their stock in advance at least 2 business days(compare to your normal purchase lead time), but our warehouse team member will still try very hard to dispatch the urgent orders out on the same business day. Please understand if there are any of the delay for the delivery at the very hard time for both of us.

And please noted that Australia post service is also almost crushed down due to COVID lockdown. And other courier companies also facing a very similar situation as well. We wish our customer understand and get yourself prepared before it is too late.

Here are some changes to our service: 

1:Unfortunately, our reception will be fully closed next week. Please contact your account manager and make a booking in advance if you wish to pick up your order urgently. If you do not have an account manager, please contact us in advance by sending an email at [email protected], our customer service member is still working as normal from home. We DO NOT accept any pickup orders without booking. We will announce the reopening time once we have a real timetable ASAP. 

2:For all accessories purchase, we highly recommend our customer to make the order separately with repair parts. Because we will not guarantee that your accessories can be dispatched at a very priority time. Your whole order will cause a delay. 

3: Sydney Same Day delivery service will still running as normal, but we will not send any same-day order when your purchase time is passed 11:30 am. We will choose Go logistic afternoon run service, you will receive the order by next business day. Because all other same-day courier companies also facing the same issue of shortage of drivers.
