It's a difficult time for both of us, we believe all things will be better and our team is still striving to provide a good experience during this special time. We promise your order is ready on time, but the courier may be stressed about parcels' overload due to the epidemic. So, we have to adjust and arrange to respond to different situations. 1. Click & collect at our warehouse(Mask wearing required) and deliver only

2. All Same-day cut-off time is 11:30 AM. For receiving your order ASAP, we will arrange an afternoon run Go Logistics if your order is after the cut-off time.

3. Our shipping policy is for reference only base on COVID restriction time.

4. Severe epidemic may cause a delivery delay.
