We recommend you change your address format and update your contact number, it will help the courier's system reads the address clearly then dispatch ASAP, else your parcel may be delayed delivery or lost.

How to set a correct address format?

Firstly, to log in to your account on www.crazyparts.com.au

Click the ADDRESS BOOK, then Click 'changing shipping address' under any of your address which you want to change.

When you set an available mobile phone number here, you will receive

- TRACKING NOTIFICATION

-ORDER NOTIFICATION

-OTHER IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION

2. E-mail

If you would like to receive notification by e-mail, please make sure our e-mail address in your trust list.

3. Shipping Address Format

-P.O BOX address is not available.

As you know, P.O BOX is not available for any other courier company.

We may change a faster service for you without any notice (please read our new shipping policy released on 23rd June 2021 ).

-Suburb/City is valid.

-Address Format
