We are proud to announce that our website has been upgraded. Please see the details below for what we bring to our customer new experience when shopping with Crazy Parts.

RETAIL PRICE UPDATING.

We used to list the wholesales price on the website because we believed that this would help the customer to give a quick quote of repair on the spot. We will keep doing it the same, but in the better way, the website now will list the RETAIL PRICE at all time, but the wholesale price will appear when you log in to your account. The wholesale price now will be set as Tier Price (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Diamond); each member level will have a different price set up.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT UPGRADE

There is no more extended Membership benefit percentage discount of 5% and 10%. In the new system, we will bring the best experience for each member level to encourage our customer to become a higher level. Our target is “As a higher level of membership as more benefit you will get”. Mentioned on retail price section, we will have Tier Price for each level of membership, the higher level will have better wholesales price and side benefits.

“Bronze Price” will appear when Bronze member login to their account following to Diamond member will see the “Diamond Price” (each level now will have different Tier Price).

BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

A Brand new feature that we bring into this upgrade. Business Accounts will help us to identify your account as Retail or Wholesales customer. Why you need to apply for Business Accounts and How?

Only Business Accounts can access to all Crazy Parts' Promotions and Events
Only Business Accounts can access to Tier Price systems; otherwise Retail price will be applied
Only Business Accounts will have priority service and support
Only Business Accounts can access all condition of Warranty claims.

NEW WARRANTY PROGRAM

Last but not least, the warranty claim seems like the hardest issue for every business. Crazy Parts now will make it simple and effective. What will we cover:

Faulty Warranty – items bought from us that faulty

Physical Damage Warranty – items bought from us but damaged during customers' installation

Items not belong to us – limited quantity applied
